Orders & Shipping

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email. If it doesn’t land in your inbox within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder. Still no luck? Feel free to reach out to us.

We’ll immediately begin the process of packaging your order and getting your items ready for delivery or pickup. (Please allow for 2-5 Business days to Process Your Order) 

We carefully hand-pack each order to ensure your products arrive safely and beautifully. Most items are wrapped in tissue or protective padding and placed into eco-conscious packaging where possible. If it’s a gift, let us know in the order notes — we love adding a special touch.

Most of our products are in stock and ready to go. 

For Combo Deals, stock availability may vary. If any items are unavailable, we’ll notify you via WhatsApp before processing your order.

 

If you select Local Pickup at checkout, we’ll send a separate email with pickup details (address, time slot options, and contact number). Please allow up to 2–3 business days for processing. Pickup is from Plumstead, Cape Town, you’ll receive details once your order is ready.

Yes! All our haircare is formulated without sulphates, silicones, parabens.

Yes, our products are formulated to be safe during pregnancy. However, if you have specific sensitivities or health concerns, we always recommend checking in with your doctor or healthcare provider before use.

Our products are designed to suit all hair types – from fine and straight to thick, curly. If you’re unsure what to choose, feel free to message us with your hair goals and we’ll recommend what’s best for you.

Salons & Stockists

Our products are salon-grade and perfect for professional use at the basin or during treatments. Contact us and we’ll guide you through which sizes or products are best suited for your space.

We’d love to work with you! Simply contact us via the form, email or WhatsApp and we’ll share our current wholesale/stockist info and guide you through the process.

Yes. Our products are manufactured in facilities that follow international quality and safety standards, including ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22716:2007 (Good Manufacturing Practices for Cosmetics).

We’re always looking for confident, passionate young women who love beauty, are eager to learn, and want to grow with the Ilaria Glow brand. As a sales consultant, you’ll gain experience, enjoy incentives, and become part of a community that supports your glow-up, personally and professionally.

You’ll also have the chance to work at our pop-up events and markets, including Revere Markets, Canal Walk, and Cape Town Halaal Market.
